1. European Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At Vyzto.com, all inventory showcased on our website is stocked in and dispatched directly from our dedicated distribution centers inside the European Union (predominantly in Germany and Spain).
- Netherlands Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days via PostNL / DHL Express.
- Belgium & Germany Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of European Union: 3 to 7 business days via DPD / DHL.
- Order Processing & Cutoff: Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Shipping Rates: Standard tracked shipping is β¬4.95 for orders under β¬50. All orders over β¬50 qualify for FREE Fast EU Delivery.
2. Zero Customs Duties & Import VAT Guarantee
Because goods are shipped intra-EU from European warehouses, customers in the Netherlands and any other EU member state are never liable for import duties, customs tariffs, or clearance handling surcharges. The price displayed in EUR (β¬) at checkout is final.
3. EU 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Bedenktijd)
In strict accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

4. Effects of Withdrawal & Refund Process
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery type), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g. refunded directly to your iDEAL bank account, PayPal, or Credit Card via 2Checkout/Verifone), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Condition of Returned Goods: Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and cable components intact. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Defective or Damaged Products (2-Year Legal Guarantee)
Under EU directives, all goods purchased from Vyzto carry a 2-year legal conformity guarantee. If an item arrives defective or fails under normal desktop usage during this period, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, covering all associated return logistics.
